The suitable candidate will be a qualified natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.
This role is part of the Country Sales Team and will work closely with relevant stakeholders and management.
Build and maintain strong and profitable relationships with clients and key decision makers.
Prepare and present proposals to clients to meet their requirements and offer solutions.
Extend the client portfolio to grow the market share in their relevant state or territory within the civil and large-scale projects space.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of all company products, key customers and relevant stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets as defined by Sales Management using outstanding presentation and negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
Manage projects in a co-operative style with key stakeholders within the business and also external stakeholders relevant to the project.
Be the first point of contact for the clients during all stages of the project and support any project-related work including processing, discounting, rental rates and claims.
Update and maintain customer records and enquiry status in our in-house systems (CRM Management and forecasting)
We are looking for a confident and flexible person with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualification in business or equivalent or proven and solid practical sales and professional customer management experience in the industry, ideally in system formwork.
Experience within the civil and large-scale projects space will be highly regarded.
Working knowledge and experience of the formwork and construction industry including technical understanding.
Sound understanding of economics (budgeting).
Entrepreneurial mindset including a sound understanding of contract management, checking creditworthiness, insolvency supplementary invoice management.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English.
Skilled user of Microsoft Office and standard IT Programs.
Current Driver’s License.
