Requirements:

Technical/Civil Engineering background and qualification.
Experience with Auto CAD 2D.
5+ years of intensive experience in High-rise projects; proven experience developing and delivering technical solutions for clients, on and off site.
Excellent communication skills in English.
10+ years of project management experience.
Proven track record managing projects in formwork & scaffolding industry, from concept to completion.
Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
Background in industry-specific projects (Mainly High-rise).
Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME-Countries (Preferably Saudi Arabia).
Holistic Leadership Skills; has self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and empathy, enabling you to inspire and motivate others effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as Project Manager for High-rise projects.
You are the main point of contact to the customer.
Accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams.
Provides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in Formwork systems.
Determines and plans technical solutions for High-rise projects.
Supports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) from the project design stage to project inception and completion.
Provides analysis and design/price calculations as required and monitors conformance with contractual guidelines.
Project coordination/management regarding projects and daily business.
