Present, promote and sell products/services using substantial and reliable arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Develop and follow up the company’s strategy.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyse the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
Knowledge about how products and services compare with the competition.
Identify potential customers and projects.
Prepare and present presentations and proposals.
Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business.
Sell and service solutions/products.
Be accountable for all credit interactions with the customer and ensure payment is received in full.
In cooperation with management, produce plans, budgets, and forecasts Work towards and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Ensure the number of prospect calls each month does not fall below the agreed standard.
Ensure there is a full knowledge of all the key customers decision makers and key influencers.
Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status.
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar with deep knowledge in the construction and formwork sector.
Strong sales management skills with experience in UAE, preferably in system formwork.
Highly motivated and target-driven personality with a proven track record in sales.
Strong interpersonal, communication, selling and negotiation skills and a strong numerical aptitude.
Prioritizing, time management and organisational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Relationship management skills and ability to receive feedback.
Understanding of key contractual terms.
Passionate to find solutions for clients through an added-value approach.
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
Open-minded and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Inter-cultural interest and respect.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Software and knowledge in modern communication methods.
